About Us

William Battle Ltd is a Consultancy that offers bespoke Training and Applied Learning to Business, the Public Sector and Charity clients who require deep change to increase productivity, build profitability and business value, and engage their entire workforce for innovation. The People for Profit and Planet® and TRANSFER® Programmes were developed over 15 years following participation in the American Government’s International Visitors Leadership Program that delivers simultaneous Economic, Social, Health and Environmental Organisational transformation.

Our core skill is in delivering successful organisational change through bespoke accredited training and the transfer of critical skills to key members of staff.

This is linked with “management by objectives” in the context of 4 key levels of strategy both Operational and Strategic and deployed to individuals with personal accountability to deliver results. The second key building block is “managing by the numbers” critical kpi for economic, social, health and environmental performance again deployed to individuals for personal accountability to boost productivity, sales and performance.
